Assisting with overall management and the provision of leadership in the day-to-day operations of the Cafe, with a focus on creating a welcoming, responsive and positive customer service environment;? Demonstrating strong customer complaint resolution approaches;? Providing general Barista, and other food and beverage services to customers;? Leading daily food service operations, ensuring that staff comply with Food Handling and Work Health and Safety requirements.Ensuring continuous service delivery by supporting in the management of rostering arrangements within salary and wage budgets;? Ongoing assistance in the development of the cafe menu and associated costing structures for the caf? operation; ? Ensuring full compliance with safety, presentation, hygiene and cleanliness within the caf? environment (including equipment, food preparation and dining areas) to ensure all are thoroughly maintained;? Achieving a zero harm workplace, addressing hazards and risks on a timely basis? Supporting in managing stock levels, including ordering, delivery/receiving activities, stock rotation, storage and stocktake completion to ensure continuous availability of menu items and to limit food wastage;?
