Job Description

We are looking for an experience Handyman with expertise in general maintenance and cleaning, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry and renovations works under the supervision of Maintenance Supervisor.

  • Develops a solid operational knowledge of all Engineering operational procedure.
  • Provide electrical repair and maintenance to motors, starters, and breakers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
  • Assist other maintenance personnel on major shutdown repairs.
  • Determine tools and equipment needed for individual repair or maintenance job.
  • Maintain and re-lamp all lamps, as may be required, including socket repair and replacement.
  • Installs electrical wiring for renovations, electrical outlet additions, motors and associated equipment.
  • Clean fixtures and shades.
  • Provide preventive maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, plumbing equipment and updating of appropriate logs.
  • Assist and manage all plumbing stoppages and minor plumbing works.
  • Clean grease straps, filters and drains if necessary.
  • Clean all stations in the Engineering Department as well as other work areas.
  • Maintain logs for all work performed while on duty.
  • Check all mechanical room; take meter readings, record pressures on RO plants.
  • Install or relocate any addition or existing equipment when necessary.
  • Performs other related functions when required.
