1. Develop handover management plan, and check lists for the project2. Approach different governmental authorities for handover of the project and collect their clearances.3. Has specific responsibility to plan for and coordinate with PWA O & M departments / Assets affairs to get their approval for the completed works during construction and at testing on completion stage.4. ensure project hand over record, road safety audit issues, submitting a health & safety file (manuals, record sheets, as built drawings, warranties & certificates, testing and commissioning documents, and specified quality records ?)and ensure availability of the complete records.5. Maintain up to date Hand over plans and schedule.6. Follow up snags close out with O & m departments
