Job Description

ObjectivesOur client is a group of companies specialized in Integrated facility management, safety services, security services, landscaping & more, is looking for an IT Manager to look after the IT Strategic Planning, Design and management of implementation of IT Projects, IT Consultancy, IT Auditing, IT Standards and Governance, Management of Enterprise Resources Planning implementations, Business Productivity Solutions, IT Procurement, IT Training, Process EngineeringJob responsibilities:

  • Plans and manage implementations, additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting IT infrastructure company-wide in coordination with corporate strategy:
  • Runs complex projects/programs from design and development to production.
  • Defines requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment.
  • Defines resources and schedule for project/program implementation.
  • Plans and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones.
  • Directs and oversees project team and/or supplier/vendor and manages conflicts within group.
  • Performs team assessments and evaluations.
  • Efficiently identifies and solves project issues.
  • Demonstrates leadership to define requirements for project risk.
  • Develop Requests for Proposals (RFP) for external services.
  • Designs and maintain technical and project documentation.
  • Helps establish and build relationships with vendors in conjunction with corporate leadership.
  • Oversees all IT-related purchasing and budget usage; works with accounting to develop budgets, Bar-coding and asset tracking
  • Holds responsibility for capacity planning and scheduling vendor negotiations related to IT.
  • Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to upper management.
  • Holds responsibility for IT staffing and budgeting projections on a company-wide basis.
  • Audit IT Systems and IT Staff
  • Confirm that IT systems are according to standards and governance requirements.
  • Produce IT SOP?s, IT Policies and Procedures
