Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Group Chief Finance Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization. As the Group CFO, you will work closely with the executive team to drive financial growth, ensure financial stability, and optimize operational efficiency across the companys multiple divisions or subsidiaries.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies in line with the companys goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support key decision-making.
  • Monitor and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Evaluate and optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
  • Lead mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, and integration efforts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive cost efficiencies and maximize profitability.
  • Present financial performance reports to the board of directors and key stakeholders.
