Job Description

The Graphic Designer will report directly to the Creative Director. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Art Director to develop creative ideas and concepts into practical applications.The Graphic Designer shall be required to plan, conceptualize and create graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. The Graphic Designer will be required to work on a various range of collaterals for all creative projects to consistently reflect the organizations brand identity.Responsibilities:

  • Managing both specific medium-sized projects and various parts of projects simultaneously.
  • Adapting artworks into many sizes and incorporating quick changes recommended by the client.
  • Prepare files for printing when required
  • Delivering original and impactful creative design work to the highest creative standard.
  • Organizing activities and responsibilities within projects, and ensuring deadlines and project timelines are met. Deliver designs through to production.
  • Ensuring consistent and effective communications take place across the project team.
  • Remaining current with emerging design technologies and creative trends in the industry.
  • Mentoring other design team members when required
  • Review and finalize creative work to the highest level of accuracy before publishing whilst adhering to corporate brand guidelines.
