You will be responsible for the processing of all visas, permits and licenses
Prepare and process all types of visas for employees
Monitor and review the local regulations to ensure all documents are submitted as required
Keep the senior management informed about any legal or processing changes
Monitor submissions to ensure that visas are available in a timely manner
Ensure that policies and procedures are following and in compliance with the local law
Prepare monthly reports within the deadline
Build and maintain a good relationship to all stakeholdersYour experience and skills include:
Experience in Qatar is desired, experience in hospitality is a plus
Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is a plus
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
At least 2 years of experience in a large scale property
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
A hands-on approach is essential
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
