????Experienced in liaising with the Government authorities specifically food and beverage supplies and tackling the Supply Chain and Logistics management for call catering companies and non-core F & B outlets?????????Establish contingency plans with the government authorities in preparation for any outbreak in the supply chain of food and beverages across all catering companies and non-core F&B outlets?????????Coordinate with the catering department in ensuring full support and assistance are given to the catering contractors from the planning to operations and decommissioning phases?????????Work with the correct authorities on every government related documentations and requirements that would support the catering contractors?????????Identify and report issues and risks on supply chain and logistics aspects?????????Develop and maintain record keeping systems and procedures ?????????Prepares progress reports during the planning process and identify and mitigate risks ?????????Prepares post-event report with emphasis on the lessons learned
