Job Description

  • Carry out all tasks related to the definition of structural and stratigraphic architectures and the prediction of matrix and fracture network properties from seismic data.
Your Tasks
  • Expert in Petrel and/or Decision Space. Able to trouble shoot software application related issues.
  • Has performed key seismic interpretation and/or seismic characterization tasks: seismic-to-well calibration, seismic structural and stratigraphic interpretation, inversion, qualitative and quantitative attribute analysis, velocity model analysis, depth conversion and mapping, GRV computation, etc.
Your Profile
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering or respective science
  • Minimum 15 years working experience in seismic interpretation of mature brown fields consisting of complex carbonate reservoirs with hundreds of penetrations and 10 years of production history.
  • Undertake and manage technical project work and especially stand-alone seismic interpretation projects using 2D and 3D seismic data.
  • Work with external parties on various outsourced seismic processing projects when required.
  • Technical hands-on contribution in integrating seismic interpretations into 3D subsurface Models.
