Education: BSc in Geographical Information Systems.
Professional experience: Minimum 5 years? recent experience with GIS in the development domain.
Technical competencies:
Demonstrable track record of widget and tool development and deployment.
Administration of ArcGIS Desktop/Server/Enterprise, SDE, Python, AutoCAD.
Proficient in use of Portal for ArcGIS for managing, sharing and enhancing GIS content (e.g. dashboard creation).
Behavioral competencies: strong communication skills, taking initiatives and decisions.
Other competencies: Proficient in written and spoken technical English.
