Job Description

Summary:Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, managing staff, and ensuring the profitability of the company. Responsible for building relationships with clients, maintaining a strong understanding of insurance products and trends, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue. Key leadership position in the organization, responsible for ensuring the success and profitability of the business.˙Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies and plans to achieve organizational goals.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the brokerage, including customer service, underwriting, and claims processing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders in the industry.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and developments to stay current with market changes.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and expand the brokerages client base.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to achieve overall business objectives.
