The General Manager has the overall responsibility for the vessels under the Company?s management.
He has the ultimate responsibility to implement and follow-up the safety and environment protection policy of the Company

Responsibilities:

Ultimate responsibility for the Company and the vessels taken under management;
Implementation of the Company?s Safety and Pollution Prevention Policy and motivation of all personnel in accordance with that Policy;
Having a Management Review at least once in an audit period or earlier when necessary;
Annual review of the Company?s Safety and Environmental Protection Policy;
Direct decisive power in all Departments.
Determination of the Company?s strategic philosophy, its future course and direction;
Planning, controlling and supervision of the Company?s main activities;
Surveillance of market developments;
Ship financing projects
