Work with the Site Manager and Site Engineers to implement Building Design specifications and standards and to meet project deadlines. Prepare and allocate work programs for each of the Foremen and their crews and ensure Foremen have a good understanding of all drawings and specifications. Plan, schedule and assign the daily / weekly work of several crews and ensure crew Foremen observe all safety standards, observe hours of work and rest periods, maintain work efficiency, complete jobs on time, complete jobs to design / quality standards. Recommend the manpower complement and ensure availability of safety equipment?s, tools, materials, etc. required to complete the work assigned. Provide the Site Manager with daily / weekly reports as to work progress. Resolve any schedule delays with the Site Manager. Provide monthly / quarterly manpower forecasts to the Site Manager based on the project schedule. Verify and approve all time sheets for the relevant personnel and closely monitor work progress to keep overtime costs to a minimum.Coordinate the work of CDC and contractor personnel to ensure the highest work
