Job Description

Configure and maintain the organization?s Oracle eBusiness Suite HCM. Review, analyse and modify the Oracle HCM system from time to time including coding, configuration, testing, and debugging to support business requirements. Provide 24x7 support to the business.

  • Support and maintain the organization?s Oracle eBusiness Suite ? HCM comprising of Oracle HRMS, Self-service HR, Payroll, Time and Labour, Performance Management, Learning Management and I-recruitment
  • Configure and modify the current Oracle HCM system for mapping new process requirements as per business needs
  • Understand and review functional requirements with business units, periodically as required, and develop technical specifications
  • Understand the business requirements and conduct process mapping in Oracle HCM to suit business needs
  • Evaluate and deploy 3rd party systems such as time and attendance and integrate with Oracle HCM
  • Design, develop, test and deploy all-new enhancements to the existing system
  • Ensure system stability and high availability for the end-users
  • Coordinate with end users for user acceptance and user sign-off before deployment of changes to the Production environment
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and procedures
  • Ensure that all changes are developed, tested and then deployed in Production. Strict adherence to change management process and change control
  • Conduct software integration and external interface developments as required
  • Provide support/resolution to user queries on defects/issues raised through IT Helpdesk
  • Manage and liaise with external consultants (if required) on a project by project basis or technical assignments
  • Liaise with Oracle support team, as required, to resolve product defects/issues/updates
  • Provide ERP program technical documentation verification and installation testing.
  • Revise and update project documentation as required
