Provide resolution on problematic and complex programme-related issued such as Contractor Baseline review, assessment of major delay and disruption claims associated to contract suspension and termination;
The candidate is also expected to provide specialist expert planning and delay advice as well as advice on Alternative Dispute Resolution & Litigation
Minimum of 20 years post graduate experience in construction industry with experience in major infrastructure projects or programmes; preference will be given to roads, infrastructural and building related experience;
Minimum of 5 years in GCC Countries is preferable especially in Qatar;
