QualificationsMust be a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition/ Food Safety/Hospitality/ Microbiology/ Food Science.Candidate should be a certified Lead Auditor in ISO 22000 (Internal or External) and at least level 3 Food Safety Certified.Knowledge of HACCP is MANDATORY and preferably has knowledge of other management standards.Fluent in English.
