Rixos Qetaifan Island NorthOpening mid-2022, Rixos Doha Qetaifan will comprise a 345-key hotel, along with a Souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark.The resort will boast panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Slated to make its debut right before the World Cup, Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country?s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North?s waterpark attractionThe Icon Tower, is the world?s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 meters in height.Food & Beverage Supervisor ? Water ParkThis position is responsible for leading, monitoring, and supervising all F&B Associates and Baristas. Motivate and inspire team members by creating an environment that promotes positive communication and demonstrates flexibility.Promote and Influences reporting team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience and achieve revenue target while focusing on controlling cost.Ensure a smooth and efficient operation in the Food & Beverage Department with the Company Core Process, thus directly impacting the delivery of the experience.What?s in it for you:

What you will be doing:

• Positively always maintain a professional brand image to all concerned stakeholders
• Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests
• To listen actively and respond to Guest feedback and assess and review Guest Satisfaction Index results and trends to continuously improve and exceed Guest expectations.
• Oversee all service areas of the e restaurant and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
• Maintain quality control for all food served
• Analyze colleagues? evaluations and feedback to improve the customers experience
• Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly
• Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
• Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
• To manage a team of front-line colleagues effectively
• To manage the flow of day-to-day operations
• To ensure all departmental checklists i.e., opening and closing checklists, are completed, any required follow-up action is initiated, and forms/records are filed appropriately
• To deal with any internal or external customer requests and issues that are beyond the scope of their front-line Colleagues.
• To manage food and beverage inventory, ordering, and stocking.
• To schedule, break, and, if required, rotate Colleagues relatively to increase productivity and maintain their wellbeing
• To assist with exclusive use events when needed and assist in the preparations of facilities for functions, themed evenings, etc., to contribute to the success of the Company.

Your experience and skills include:

• A high school diploma
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Train the Trainer Certificate is an advantage
• Food Safety Certificate
• Worked in a fast pace, high turnover organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Arabic is an advantage
• Work experience at Theme Park and Water Park is an advantage
