Job descriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join a world class company within the aviation/hospitality industry.The F&B Supervisor will be responsible over seeing the F&B team to ensure food and beverages are served in an efficient and professional manner whilst adhering to the customer service and hygiene standards. They will have well developed social skills, to be able to handle all type of people and situation and to have high level of versatility and flexibility to meet the many varies needs and expectations of customers.Key Accountabilities include:

  • Execute outlet operations including food and beverage promotions, customer service and inventories.
  • Ensure POS and cash handling procedures are followed as per company policy.
  • Review monthly financial performance update i.e. sales v/s budget, item category breakdown etc.
  • Lead the front of the house employees in training the following: restaurant standards such as alcoholic and non-alcoholic services, food preparation service and customer service.
  • Maintain outlet inventory, cleanliness, food rotation and menu service consistency.
  • Conduct inventory for par levels of food and beverages. Assist in establishing methods for inventory control and adhere to purchasing procedures.
  • Provide direct hands-on approach at all times to deliver quality, prompt food service as needed on busy meal periods. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world class company within the aviation/hospitality industry.
