Food & Beverage ManagerRequirements:•Tertiary level of education.•Food Hygiene and HACCP Certification.•2+ years of experience in a Food and Beverage operation or related managerial role.•Good verbal and written communication skills.•Strong administration skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).•Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.•Strong leadership, customer service, and motivational skills.•Previous experience in the theme park/waterpark or hotel industry is preferred.•Working knowledge of standard cost controls and waste management.•Ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues, management, and external clients.•Familiarity with F&B systems such as EATEC, Maximo, and VGS is a plus.Location : Doha
