Our team is looking to hire talented Food & Beverage Host/Hostess to provide excellent customer service to our clients at Hamad International Airport.As F&B Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for the food and beverage services of all premium passengers in all parts of the HIA lounges. Ensuring customer satisfaction, being a team player with a positive outlook and a keen eye for details is a must. You will have well developed social skills, to be able to handle all type of people and situation. You will have a high level of versatility and flexibility to meet the the needs and expectations of customers.Key Accountabilities Include:Demonstrate an understanding of beverage services, including service of wines, champagnes, cocktails and other beverages to assist customersDemonstrate a strong understanding of restaurant service, taking food orders, explaining menus and culinary offers.Understand and demonstrate the importance of upholding the highest personal and professional standards at all times.You will have a positive and passionate attitude towards customers.Anticipate the needs and record all special requests, likes and dislikes of passengers.Report problems and potential situation to the supervisor/manager.
