? Assists visitors and promote food & beverages services? To follow health and safety regulations? To perform paperwork as required? To ensure work areas are clean and well maintained? Take food and beverages orders, collect money and clean corresponding service areas? Manage the cash of the assigned food & beverage point of sales? Evaluate quality of ingredients? Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner; ensuring guest?s satisfaction at all times and ensure that any guest complaints and comments are reported to management? Ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out, in line with agreed procedures? Support food & beverage inventory? Support the kitchen staff as and when required?? Assist in the set up and preparation, and provide service duties for functions as required? Report to the Food & Beverages Coordinator any anomaly related to operational equipment and establishment? Ensure adequate and updated information about the menu or food and beverage offering available in order to answer any questions guests may have? Ensure the restaurant areas are clean and well presented at all times and assist with cleaning and housekeeping duties as required? Perform any other duties as directed by the management team
