Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging floral displays for various occasions and events. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and create custom floral arrangements that meet their needs and expectations. This role requires excellent artistic and customer service skills, as well as a deep knowledge of different flowers and their care.Job Responsibilities:- Create stunning floral arrangements for events, weddings, and other occasions, following clients specifications and preferences.- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert suggestions on floral designs, color schemes, and other related aspects.- Source and select high-quality flowers, plants, and other materials needed for each project.- Prepare and arrange flowers, leaves, and other decorative items to create visually appealing and harmonious displays.- Ensure that floral displays are properly maintained and cared for, including watering plants, trimming flowers, and replacing damaged or wilted blooms.- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in making informed choices and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new flower varieties, and innovative design techniques.- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized work area.- Collaborate with a team of florists and support staff to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of orders.
