The FLM Manager is responsible for managing the Network Operations objectives in the Field, Fixed infrastructure, Fibre, Data Centre Domain, preventative & corrective maintenance end to end responsibility, Health & Safety audit, spare part management, keeping of site and test equipment inventories and managing the vendors and 3rd party suppliers.For fixed and fiber infrastructure, the role requires close monitoring of customer issues related to ISP and OSP infrastructure and effective problem mitigation at Central offices.The role requires close collaboration with Data Centre design team and is also required to work with the Procurement and Supply management team for raising RFPs for any required services or materials not covered in current scope. The FLM Manager is expected to closely manage the FLM and Fibre Operations Budget with regular updates to management. FLM manager is required to be single focal point for any operational preparations for key events ..
