Job Description

The Field Level Maintenance Engineer is responsible for managing the Network Operations objectives in the field. 40% of the job will require you to be outdoors on-site for Site Auditing, Site Access, Acceptance of New Service process, Vendor and Sub-Contractors management, Spare Part Management, Warehouse, Inventory & EHS Management.Key accountabilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations and ensure that work processes are implemented as per the design and in compliance with standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and control expenses related to operation
  • Ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and company guidelines.
  • Develop a complete preventive maintenance schedule, and validate the reports sent by Vendor to reflect the actual performance in the monthly invoicing.
  • Identify and ensure that major inspection discrepancies are reported appropriately and corrected in a timely manner.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to resolve various trouble tickets, monitoring system and network performance issues in accordance with applicable policies, standards and procedures. And comply with and perform quality assurance programs.
  • Serve on a rotational on-call schedule for emergency repairs and maintenance and Insure satisfactory completion of work by subcontractors and internal crews.
