Black & Grey HR is hiring for a group of companies in Qatar. Our client is looking for an experienced Fleet Sales Consultant who will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management. You will be responsible for<br /><br />- Achieving assigned sales targets /objectives for the automotive group<br />- Collaborate with sales managers and office specialists /managers on development and execution of account strategies<br />- Oversee customer satisfaction and problem resolution<br />- Identify large customers and work in the foreground, determining the best solution, proposals, while ensuring customer concurrence throughout the entire process<br />- Deliver consistent high Customer Service to all the customers<br />- Maintain up to date & accurate database of the customers<br />- Plan in advance day to day sales activities (Visits, Phone calls, emails, etc)<br />- Maintain & submit daily activity reports to the Fleet Sales Manager on a daily basis<br /><br /><br />Requirements- Bachelor degree ORrelated field<br />- 5+ years experience in Fleet sales or similar<br />-Proven supervisory skills & experience in assisting in the management of location staff<br />-High market and product awareness<br />-Proven selling, negotiating, convincing and problem solving skills<br />- High level of customer focus?<br /><br />BenefitsAttractive salary + Benefits<br />
