Job Description

The Fixed Home Broadband Senior Specialist will play a key role in the segments & marketing team within consumer business unit for postpaid customer base. He/she will be responsible to drive and manage the marketing activities, manage performance take ownership on postpaid churn.?With us you will be responsible to..?

  • Drive marketing activities and campaigns for Postpaid customer base including Pre to Post, Plan Upgrades & Downgrades and Postpaid churn
  • Analyse and report performance on key base management KPIs which are Net Migrations, Plan Movements and Churn
  • Manage interactions with support departments which a Telesales teams and sales teams
  • Own & Manage accountable for Postpaid Churn & Outflow Value,?Prepaid to Postpaid migrations and?Postpaid Plan Upgrades & Net Plan Movements
