(PLEASE)?Provides guidance in proper exercise technique and variations of exercises to meet goals;?Ensure the member journey is followed and manager your clients.?Assists memberclients in establishing effective fitness/wellness goals and develops the most effective training plan to achieve those goals;?To perform any other duties as directed by Management.?Offers accurate and uptodate information and advice on fitness.?Through research, review and discussion, motivate clients to help them achieve their goals.?Maintains a safe and clean exercise environment within Anytime Fitness Qatar;?Maintain all required certifications;?Adjust schedule as needed to accommodate the needs of new existing memberclients; current available hours require afternoons, evenings and some weekends?To complete all inductions, PT sessions and training classes in a professional manner.?Maintain a high level of knowledge, keeping abreast of new trends within the industry.?Contribute to programming and general operation of the facilities through ideas and support.?Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation and professional advice offered to customers using the fitness facilities.?Ensure classes and appointments start on time.?Ensure you complete all classes as trained
