Job Description

Our client based in Doha - Qatar is currently hiring for a female fitness instructor to run classes in their ladies only fitness studios - for the following job description:Job Requirements:

  • Leads group exercise classes in one or more assigned studios. (Arriving to class 15 minutes early to prepare and set up.)
  • Sets up and monitors class equipment and ensures its return in serviceable condition.
  • Advises participants on program and class procedures and policies, as appropriate.
  • Checks participants health conditions and adjusts the session accordingly.
  • Evaluates participants fitness levels, and answers questions from participants after each session; assists in performing follow-up and communication with participants, as required.
  • Plan and conduct personal training sessions
  • Tracks progress of clients; maintains client files as appropriate.
  • Ensures that safety and injury prevention policies and procedures are adhered to participants; reports accidents and prepares accident reports, as required.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned such as member journey program.
  • Attend all mandatory meetings and training.
  • Actively marketing and promoting other group fitness classes and programs.
  • Take part in the gym?s photo sessions and social media programs.
  • Lead by example and represent the gym in local and abroad competitions.
