Job Description

  • The Fit-out Specialist will oversee the fit-out move-in, move-out process of tenants.
  • Manage and oversee works undertaken on QD retained assets in Qatar, including fit out works associated with the tenant move in / move out process and alterations / refurbishments undertaken during the terms of tenancies.
  • Ensure QDs interests in the property as landlord and owner are protected
  • Co-ordinate and manage third-party suppliers
  • Organize and lead regular site progress meetings with sub-contractors to monitor progress, quality and safety, ensuring the Construction Manager and Project Manager are updated on all issues.
  • Ensure works are undertaken in accordance with QD?s policies and procedures and local statutory
