Role Purpose:

Full responsibility on Procure to Pay (P2P) operations, including daily and month end reporting & reconciliations
Supervise Travel & Expense SSC team to ensure smoothness of employee expenditure payments while maintaining the required group controls
Spot and Improve processes within FinOps area specially in P2P, RE and T&E
Act as focal point for 400+ vendors and ensure healthy relationship with critical partners
Maintain internal controls within the organization to ensure no Internal/External audit points outstanding
Take initiatives to increase awareness within the organization regarding P2P process and Goods Receipting process
Ensure Leases process smoothness and compliance group and local process ? IFRS 16
Handle Accounts Payables daily activities
Handle Leases and Real Estate daily activities
Handle Travel & Expenses daily activities
