Job Description

Financial ControllerThis position is responsible for the overall financial management of the Hotel including financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development and maintenance of adequate internal accounting control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.What you will be doing:Theposition is responsible for the overall financial management of the Hotel including financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development and maintenance of adequate internal accounting control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standard.Work Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting position or 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting / Finance and additional certificate as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be an advantage
  • Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about your chosen career
  • Hotel pre-opening experience or work in a lifestyle hotel would be an advantage.
  • Proficient in English language and relevant financial and accounting reporting systems.
  • Fully conversant in accounting principles and financial regulationstandards.
  • Working withfinancialsystems(OPERA, SUN, MICROS)andmanagementreporting a plus
