Leading the installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations. You will be the onsite expert, continually developing your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for: · Running most Liner Hanger applications in the district · Installing equipment in line with operating procedures to ensure flawless execution and minimizing down-time for our customers · Maintaining pre and post job well-Site records and communications to ensure compliance and regulations are followed · Providing front-line support with customer and accurately completing all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job · Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members to deliver projects within timeframes, scopes and budgetsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: · Have 10+ years experience running Liner Hangers · Have thorough knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and drilling/work over rig operations. · Have a Bachelor Degree in engineering · Be able to show a good working knowledge of Microsoft office · Be a good team player and display good communication skillsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone. · Working flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit in everything in and work when you are the most productiveWorking with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
