Job Description

So, whether you?re a budding start up or a seasoned multinational corporation - we?re always on hand to help.Field Service Specialist will be the face of Vodafone for our high value enterprise customers and will be responsible for managing the relationship of these enterprise customers in order to grow the account, drive loyalty and ensure zero churn. Will work closely with VBS sales managers and ensure full alignment between each before any handover.With us you will be responsible for?

  • Accountable for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our high value customers and growing the service by encouraging the customers to use Vodafone products and services that match their business needs.
  • Ensure that all issues that faces the customer and affect the customer relation is being addressed and resolved within SLA. Through Improvement plans and escalate any incident that will breach the SLA.
  • Responsible for Customer satisfaction through the provision of high levels of service.
  • Ensure all service review data is reviewed and used to produce overall service improvements plans for each key account.
  • Ensures Service level and billing/usage data is reported on to customer, usually in face-to-face meetings.
  • Demonstrate a strong bias for action, delivering against time, quality and cost.
