? Troubleshooting and resolving complaints reported by customers, provide superior customer service during installation and troubleshooting? Attend medical device installations and make sure proper documentation is prepared and signed by the customer? Attend routine preventive maintenance of medical device? Work effectively within a diverse and dynamic team environment? Time, territory and inventory management? Maintain excellent relationship with customer and arrange periodic visits to ensure all medical devices are properly functioning and used? Apply effective communication skills in order to build loyalty while proactively managing and resolving high-stress situations? Proactively improve expertise through continuous learning (online or in-house training attending)? Provide end user training and demo application if required?
