Provide planning & scheduling support to Projects whilst leading the planning & scheduling function within CCED to ensure maximum utilization of labor, tools, machine and equipment for all manufacturing and material handling operations.
Responsible for developing a realistic project plan and schedule to meet the project objectives. Responsible for ensuring that proper Work Breakdown Structures Produces project cost estimates
Maintaining all aspects of the Projects planning & scheduling activities but not limited to end-to-end planning and control activities including planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting for project teams, management using Primavera 6 or MS project Planning and schedule preparation for ongoing construction projects.
Coordinating and leading efforts for preparing detail primavera schedules for project/s.
Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
Project monitoring, tracking, and updating on weekly basis with critical path analysis and look ahead planning.
Resource loading of the schedule and preparation of S curves. Weekly updates of S curves showing planned and actual progress.
Monitor daily work progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Weekly Earned Value Analysis and reporting.
Identify the activities affecting the project plan and establishing means/methods for recovery planning.
Change management for manufacturing scope of work.
Supporting the proposal process with Level3 project schedule. Daily coordination and weekly look ahead planning meeting with manufacturing for tracking of project.
Coordinating and expediting with sub-contractors for outsourced manufactured items.
Actively participate in internal project review meetings and review meetings with Client.
