Sales Manager-Females Arabic Speaking with a background in Landscaping is required for a reputable company in QATARPLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING.The company is specialized in landscaping, hardscaping designs, green walls, and green roofs designs.JD: The position is responsible for developing and maintaining successful relationships with clients that support the goals for renewal, retention growth and profitability. She will assume ownership of the client relationshipResponsibilities:-Serve as our client?s primary contact to ensure satisfaction and outstanding quality of work.-Oversee a portfolio of residential accounts.-Conduct client meetings and site walk-throughs, upselling present opportunities for enhancements and ensuring that quality and safety standards are being met.-Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing service/product offerings, while understanding and identifying opportunities for customers-Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing customers by thinking innovatively, creatively, and outside of the box.-Follow proper procedures to ensure proper billing in a timely manner.-Manage the resolution of any issues or concerns that our clients may have.-Generate referrals from existing client base.-Request purchase orders and use in accordance with company guidelines.-Submit proposals and bids for new clients and job orders.Qualifications:-Must be a graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.-Must have strong sales and negotiation skills with GCC experience-Must have strong knowledge in landscaping services-Willingness to do site visits to client?s residential properties-Must have strong oral and written communication skills in Arabic-Basic salary + attractive commission for every account closed-Driver?s license is a plus but not requiredOnly candidates in Qatar can apply.GOOD LUCK!
