Objectives:- Enthusiastic, Playful, Fun personality that works great with kids to ensure that they are playing and happy.- The job will include interacting, playing, storytelling, activities with children as well as supervising and ensuring their safety in Play area.Main responsibilities:- Warm and enthusiastic greetings to all guests of all ages.- Ensuring all customers are made aware of and promote the daily activities, upcoming events taking place in play area.- Interacting with kids and parents and leading activities.- Responsible for ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met at all times.- Supervising children while playing.- Help in designing monthly and weekly activities- Highlighting potential hazards to manager.- Research and practice new games and activities to be implemented in play area.- Prepare, supervise, and conduct parties, camps and other events.- Responsible for updating and maintaining Standard Operational Procedures, forms, templates and checklists for the activity programs and ensure that all procedures are adhered to.- To work well within in the team- Report any incidents or issues to manager- To work in shift patterns, show flexibility, to accommodate changes with special events- To man reception and server counter when requested- To ensure top customer service and handle customer complaints and report them to manager.- Travel requirements: occasional travel within country- Working Hours: as per labor lawRequirements- University Qualifications: Minimum high school certificate- Nature and length of previous experience: Must have previous experience interacting with children- Specialist knowledge: Skills in storytelling, face painting, arts and crafts, dancing, balloon bending, clowning etc. are all pluses.- Skills in party planning and coordinating- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Enthusiastic, creative, good communicator, positive, happy, team player, responsible, hardworking, flexible.Duty ? 8hrs/6daysDuration ? 6 monthsJob Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months
