Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Fashion Sales Consultant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in fashion retail sales and be able to provide exceptional customer service. As a Fashion Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect clothing and accessories to suit their style and preferences. You will also be responsible for maintaining the stores visual merchandising standards and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Provide personalized shopping recommendations based on customers preferences and style
  3. Assist customers with trying on and fitting clothing and accessories
  4. Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and product offerings
  5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  6. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained
  7. Participate in regular inventory counts and restock merchandise as needed
  8. Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business
  9. Stay up-to-date on sales targets and actively work towards achieving them
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Preferred Candidate:
  1. 1-5 years of experience in fashion retail sales
  2. Passionate about fashion and staying up-to-date with the latest trends
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Strong customer service orientation
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  7. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  8. Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
  9. Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software
  10. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
