DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning. The ideal candidate will be well-organized andÿable to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. The goal is to ensure our business?s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.ÿResponsibilities:úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure the basic facilities are well maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPlan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿManage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meetÿhealth and safety standards.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿInspectÿbuildings? structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReview utilities consumption and strive toÿminimize costs.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿSupervise all facility staffs (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) andÿexternal contractors.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿManage and review service contracts and insurance plans.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿControl activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, buildingÿsecurity etc.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿKeep financial and non-financial records.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPerform analysis and forecasting.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿRespond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPlan best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings or re-organizing of current premises.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿMaintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders.
