Job Description

To look after Vodafone Qatar facilities management to make sure it is well-maintained as per the standards, legalized, and in good working order. This includes but not limited to , firefighting, fire alarm, civil works, cleaning and other facilities aspects.

  • Set the strategic long-term plan for FM function
  • Assign roles and responsibilities for tactical implementation of strategic pillars
  • Set the strategic and operational standards for FM ISO certification
  • Define process and steps for proper stock level management defining reordering point for best utilisation of resources and space
  • Proactively identify risks and create a mitigation plan
  • ManageE2E the facilities vendors as per the contractual terms and conditions.
  • Manage and lead the VFQ FM team of professionals to achieve set KPIs
  • Lead the weekly meetings with FM vendor and VFQ FM team
  • Manage the FM contract and ensure all contractual T & C and KPIs are achieved
  • Carry out wide range of analysis such as but not limited to performance, financial sensitivity analysis
  • Prepare monthly Dash board for MF activities
  • Manage and control the FM yearly budget
  • Manage PO issuance process and actualisation
  • Coach and mentor the VFQ FM team to enhance performance
