Job Description

As QFZA continues to grow, we have an increasing requirement to build and maintain our Free Zones. The position Facilities Management Associate Director, is to assist the Estate Director in managing Operation and Maintenance of QFZA Free Zone assets, including buildings, warehouses, commercial outlets, marine, and infrastructure.

  • Provide Facilities Management to both hard and soft services
  • Develop & implement the required plans and guidelines to support assets maintenance with preventive measures, corrective actions and emergency management plan
  • Assist in setting up the yearly Property & Facility Operations Budgets. Assist in securing commercial contracts in line with the growth of the division.
  • Participate to achieve the short and medium-range operational & strategic objectives and plans for the Facility Management division.
  • Implement procedures related to any crisis and emergency in conjunction with Civil Defense & Police ensuring safe environment for all tenants, visitors
  • Implement all QFZA policies, especially those related to Qatarization.
