Undertake conditioned based audit of properties and all the facilities management assets within each property
Assess the operational readiness level of each property in accordance to the operational policies and procedures of the property management and the supporting engineering and security functions
Analyze audit findings, identify technical defects or non- compliant practices based on an audit trail of evidences to support the assessment outcome
Communicate the audit findings through an audit closing meeting and follow by preparation of a detailed audit report written in a simple and unambiguous form in accordance to requirements determined by the prevailing technical audit procedures
Operate and maintain the company?s Quality Management System in accordance to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standards and to ensure continued certification is attained in each half-yearly surveillance audit
Perform the functions of a Quality Auditor and concurrently as the Document Controller for the Quality Management System
Develop and conduct trainings to create awareness of the Quality Management System and Facilities Management Service and Technical Quality standards
Assist the Regional Head of Technical Audit in setting and meeting the department?s functional objectives
