Job Description

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar
  2. Hire, train, and manage all food and beverage staff
  3. Monitor and manage inventory levels of food and beverage supplies
  4. Ensure all food safety and quality standards are met and exceeded
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  6. Create and update menus based on customer feedback and trends
  7. Manage budgets and expenses to ensure profitability
  8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
