Job Description

F&B CaptainPassionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As a F&B Captain, you are expected to uplift the dining experience for guests. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role. What you will be doing:
  • Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
  • Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
  • Ensure an overall smooth operation throughout your outlet
  • Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
  • Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
  • Provide motivation and support to all team members
  • Provide support to your outlet management team as required
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies
  • Other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
  • Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
