Just a stone?s throw from the many favorite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options.As an Executive Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the smooth operations of our outlet kitchen for our Italian F&B concept. You will also be in charge of Banquet kitchen and breakfast operations. You will ensure that preparation and presentation are consistently of high quality and are in accordance to the hotel SOPs and guidelines.Ideally, youll have some or all of the following competencies and experience were looking for: ? Similar experience in a reputed restaurant in a hotel/resort? Experience in international cuisine is an advantage? Background in nutrition and passion for healthy/healing food? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment? Ability to work well with a diverse team? Pre-Opening experience is an advantage
