Executive SecretaryJob Location : Doha, QatarKey Responsibilities :•Provide administrative support to the General Manager in daily operations.•Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.•Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.•Organize and prioritize tasks and documents effectively.•Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.•Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.Qualifications :•Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.•Minimum five (5) years’ experience as an executive secretary, with at least three (3) years of experience supporting higher management.•Arabic is required.•Proficiency in English is an advantage.•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).•Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.•Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.•Must be in Qatar with valid Qatar Id.Pay: QAR2.00 - QAR3.00 per month
