Qatar is inviting applications for the position of Executive Secretary in the President?s Office. Reporting to the President, the Executive Secretary must be competent with the skills and expertise necessary to support the President?s Office in fully implementing the College?s vision and mission.Duties and Responsibilities:?? ??This position requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual who will provide administrative and secretarial support to the President, and support the effective and efficient functioning of the President?s Office.The successful candidate will be adept at secretarial practices, with experience in dealing with high-level management. He/she will be responsible for developing/maintaining an organized and systematic, physical and electronic filing system, to facilitate streamlined recording and efficient retrieval. Other responsibilities include providing efficient customer service to all visitors, making complex internal and external meeting arrangements, maintaining the President?s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, liaising with staff across the College, and arranging visitors? itinerary, bookings, transportation and hotels.The incumbent of this position will be responsible for preparing letters, documents, reports and transcribing minutes. Responsibilities will also include preparing cheque requisitions and other financial documents for the President, while ensuring that financial transactions for the department comply with the College?s processes.The successful candidate will also perform other duties, as required by the President.
