Executive Director of Engineering must have 12 years experience as Engineer in a healthcare setting and at least 8 years as a senior manager. Must be Bachelor’s Degree in engineering subject (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.). Must have significant experience and understanding of the delivery of operational services in major acute general hospitals. The potential candidates for this position are expected to be currently working at similar level with extensive strategic, financial and investment planning of hard Facility Management services in hospitals I healthcare institutions. In addition, candidates must possess Master Degree in major engineering discipline (Mechanical or Electrical) with appropriate chartered accreditation from reputable and internationally recognized engineering institute, and have the ability to develop and motivate a large multicultural workforce, and deliver the services efficiently with continuous improvement.
