Just a stone?s throw from the many favorite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options.As the Executive Assistant Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and you?ll provide leadership direction to the hotels by maximizing financial returns, driving development of people, creating and maintaining memorable guest experiences, executing on brand standards, and building awareness of hotel and brand in the local community. You may need to act as the General Manager in his/her absence. You will also make recommendations for capital improvements to enhance the assets of the hotel and/or company and brand loyalty. You will make sure the hotel delivers the highest level of guest satisfaction through superb guest services and amenities.Ideally, youll have some or all of the following competencies and experience were looking for: ? Bachelor?s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration? Three years? general management experience in a high-level operations role or prior general manager experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience? Must speak local language(s)? Other languages preferred? Luxury & Lifestyle experience is an advantage? Pre-Opening experience is an advantage
