EstimatorKey Duties & Responsibilities Design & Estimation ? Incorporates materials and products specified in the plan ? Provides consultants with alternative options of specified products and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, flooring, sanitary fixtures, etc. ? Attends client meetings with consultants to understand specific requirements of clients ? Works with sales team in preparing quotations ? Build relationships with key suppliers ? Ensures the correct materials, quantities, and material costs haven been included in the quotations General ? Collaborates with design and estimation team members to broaden the spectrum of skills and knowledge ? Ensures compliance with company policies ? Ensures the confidentiality of the Company?s information and enhances the Company?s reputationSkillsEducation & Experience ? Bachelor?s degree economics, business administration or a relevant degree from an accredited institution ? 3 Years of previous experience in a similar role Competencies ? Proficient user of Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software ? Proficient user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel ? Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information ? User of ERP software, preferably in Microsoft Dynamix 365 ?
